The Beginning of the End of The United States of America as, Originally Known as a Free Country with a Constitution, Freedom, and Human Rights Protections, a Model for Humanity Worldwide, Has Long Past - It is Permanently Falling into a Police State

The United States, once known as a model for humanity worldwide is at risk - Take Action Now!

Everyone in the United States, and globally, needs to immediately understand the consequences. We are at the beginning of the end of the United States of America government and structure - Once celebrated as a beacon of
freedom, democracy, and human rights, the new United States of America authoritative government regime, has undergone a profound and alarming transformation. Originally founded on principles enshrined in the Constitution—protecting individual liberties, ensuring justice, and upholding human rights—the current administration has take direct actions over the past several months, steadily eroding these core values and protections. If not addressed immediately, it will be permanently lost. If lost, it will never return as the governmental structures and departments that protected rights, health, safety, and justice, have been dissolved.
Deportations to Add Almost $1 Trillion in Costs to the “Big Beautiful Bill” - The use of tax dollars, no justification, no accountability, while terrorizing people that will suffer traumatic experiences for their entire life. The Trump administration reports that raids are to remove criminals to keep us safe, but they are provoking fear and trauma - not one of these who have been terrorized, deported, and sent to prison, is a criminal, these are families, children, workers, citizens (see videos below). Government departments and branches of government, that historically were established to ensure safety, freedom and human rights for Americans, is no longer, but instead have been reshaped to take orders from the administration against Americans as needed.
What was once a nation of rights and freedom with laws, a judicial system, and a federal governmental structure to protect these rights, ensure government accountability has increasingly become a police state with the use of the United States military (a violation of the Constitution and according to the ACLU, and a U.S. Department of Defense Directive, prevents the use of U.S. military to carry out direct civilian law enforcement activities on U.S. soil). This also includes surveillance, questioning, arrests, searches, and seizures. Further, current actions are being observed that include pervasive surveillance, harsh law enforcement, and the suppression of dissent, as a result of actions taken by the Trump administration (including some members of congress who support him), ICE agents enter homes without a warrant. Even local government local officials respond to protect their community. Citizens and non-citizens alike now face a landscape where rights are not guaranteed but granted at the discretion of authorities, and more commonly taken to prison harshly without resistance no justification, food, water, or any contact with the outside, and only to be deported to a prison. Whether you are a citizen, a parent, child, physician, attorney, tourist, or visiting family or on holiday, etc., the constitutional protections that once safeguarded individual freedoms have been dismantled or ignored - You are at risk. Nobody is safe.
This shift signifies that the former United States government has permanently fallen from its founding ideals as a result of the current administration and support from some members of congress among this new U.S. government structure. The nation no longer functions as a land of liberty but as a state where power is concentrated, and personal freedoms are conditional—regardless of citizenship status. More and more of these qualities of what this country stood for have allowed to be stripped and dismantled, from human rights; freedom; physical health and public health; food, air, water, medication, environmental, product, and building safety, are gone. Take a look at North Korea, according to a BBC article, individuals convicted of political offenses are frequently confined to severe labor camps where they are subjected to strenuous physical labor, including activities like mining and logging. Amnesty International has characterized these prison camps as "inhumane beyond endurance." Detainees often endure torture and physical assault by guards, with women facing particular risks of sexual coercion and abuse. Furthermore, not everyone imprisoned has committed an actual crime. North Korea employs a practice of collective punishment, meaning that if one family member is found guilty, the entire family can be penalized, regardless of individual innocence. Similarly, Human rights in Russia are discussed by Amnesty International. Whereas, they describe the violation of international humanitarian law, with reports of Ukrainian prisoners of war being executed by Russian forces and evidence of crimes against civilians, amid no proper investigations. Impunity persisted, exemplified by the suspicious death of opposition leader Aleksei Navalny and ongoing prosecutions of critics, journalists, and activists under harsh laws targeting dissent and anti-war sentiments. Freedom of expression was severely curtailed through censorship, criminal charges, and the blocking of communication platforms. Public protests and peaceful assemblies faced dispersal and criminalization, while civil society organizations and individuals labeled as “foreign agents” or “extremists” faced mounting restrictions and criminal proceedings. Arbitrary detention, unfair trials, and torture remained endemic, with detainees subjected to mistreatment and poor conditions, including Ukrainian prisoners of war. The persecution of marginalized groups intensified, notably against the LGBTI community, and reproductive rights faced new restrictions. Authorities also targeted children for anti-war activism and increased discrimination against migrants, with new laws limiting their rights. Environmental policies showed no progress toward climate commitments, with Russia increasing fossil fuel production and neglecting renewable energy options. Overall, the human rights situation deteriorated further, with widespread repression, impunity, and violations across multiple sectors. This loss of liberty and justice in the United States mirrors those trajectories of other Dictatorship Countries, and the use of U.S. military on Americans, is a fear Americans should not take lightly, according to the ACLU. The U.S. military is to protect our country and citizens - not to protect one elected official and their orders.

What Does This Mean? How Will it Affect You, Your Family, and Future?

This is not just another 4-years, this is a complete loss of what your life's past, current, and future, holds. It is no longer. Imagine, you are a U.S. citizen, driving to the grocery store to pick up groceries for dinner for your family. You have one of your children with you, but you are both never seen again. Not does your family ever know what happened. Or what is also happening across the country are judges signing warrants allowing this U.S. secret police and military force to go into restaurants and workplaces and arresting and detaining and sending everyone to prison - no questions asked. There are no records, no justification, no accountability. In addition to the trauma exhibited by your family and friends, loss of income from you job, but the terror they face due to your loss. Then you and your child are separated. They tell your family there was no child. But you are both taken to prison, deported without explanation, no food or water, and never to be seen again. Totalitarian regimes often erode trust among citizens by rewarding informers and corrupting ethical standards, such as using psychiatrists and doctors to hospitalize political dissidents and support torture—practices we historically fought against in the Soviet Union. State violence and repression inevitably cause trauma, leading to increased posttraumatic stress disorder and, without intervention, intergenerational transmission of trauma. Internalized oppression from dictatorships fosters beliefs of inferiority and mistrust in one's own mind. Even with limited research, the mental health risks associated with authoritarian regimes are evident, with early signs including societal conflict, cult-like thinking, arbitrary policies, and false promises. Not only governments but organizations—such as in education and healthcare—can fall prey to authoritarian leadership, as seen in the burnout epidemic among physicians driven by profit-driven managed care.

SILENCED - People are already afraid to speak how they feel in public, workplace, meetings, school, social medial, etc. in fear of governmental retaliation. Even how we write on social media or work reports, we are already changing terminology to prevent the federal government, the new oppression, from flagging. Sound familiar? During Hitler's regime, people changed or disguised their language and terminology to avoid detection and censorship, using coded words or euphemisms to secretly communicate opposition or express dissent without alerting authorities. This clever adaptation helped them evade surveillance and continue resisting in silence. We are already doing this in our workplaces and on social media.
Picture
COERSION - The coerciveness is affecting us all, including the neurodevelopment of future children, current children and teens, our future generations. As our brains begin to be rewired from our fear and voices silenced in order to survive. This affects our choices, behavior, how we respond, and our future, but also the brains of future generations. Just with those of elders who recalls what life was like during an authoritarian regime - it's life changing.  Eventually, and already affecting us, is  learned helplessness as we are subjected to persistent authoritative control and lack the ability to influence or escape our circumstances. Over time, this repeated lack of control can lead lead us to believe that our own actions are futile, resulting in feelings of powerlessness, passivity, and resignation. This psychological state diminishes motivation and can impair their ability to seek change or resist oppressive conditions. By being aware, keeping informed, self-care, do not let learned helplessness happen, and Take Action.

TERROR AT HOME - Meanwhile, after self-care and taking action, look at the following examples of what have been happening currently in the United States. While the current administration says this is to crackdown on illegal immigration through enforcement raids, arrests, and being deported. However, many are taken without explanation or justification, imprisoned, left in prison for weeks or months, loosing their job and home, and to suffer traumatic life altering experiences, even if they are returned back home. And these were not criminals, nor having a record. Many are further traumatized by being deported and send to lifetime in prison, again with no justification or accountability by the current administration actions. Even more dangerous, the administration with its hopeful new governmental structure is brining in the U.S. Military to further take actions, again without justification, proof, or accountability. Even if one proves they are a U.S. Citizen, it no longer matters - you are gone, detained, deported to a prison to life and never to be seen again. No justification, no proof, no accountability, no record. This seems to not be about immigration or legality, but rather, as shown in the Power and Control Wheel, is about putting fear, silencing, and intimidation into U.S. citizens. Even further, when validated drug raids are taking place, not affiliated with ICE, the dysfunction of the administrative actions, puts us all at risk.

From Secret Police to U.S. Military Targeting American Citizens - Public protests and peaceful gatherings were dispersed and criminalized, while civil society groups and individuals labeled as “foreign agents” or “extremists” faced increasing restrictions, attacks with physical force, assault-just for saying one is a U.S. citizen, and tear gas by U.S. secret police, U.S. Military, and local police, as well as legal action taken. Arbitrary detention, unfair trials, and torture persisted, with detainees suffering mistreatment and poor conditions. Protesters chanting - "this is just day one of war".
