Our mission is to oppose harmful federal policies and programs that threaten these core values. In response to the recent policy shifts under the Trump administration, IVAT (The Institute on Violence, Abuse & Trauma) and NPEIV (the National Plan to End Interpersonal Violence and Abuse Across the Lifespan) have united with other experts and agencies to form The CIRCLE—a collective effort to safeguard human services and uphold a national commitment to support and serve vulnerable populations.
